By means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C., the

applicant has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court for

quashing the order dated 23.5.2021 passed by Sub-Divisional

Magistrate, Tehsil Goverdhan, District Mathura in proceedings

of Case No.01205 of 2021, Computerized Case

No.T202101500601205 (State Vs. Ramhet), under Section 122

Cr.P.C., whereby the amount of Rs.1 lac which has been

mentioned in the personal bond dated 06.4.2021 executed by

the applicant in a proceeding under Section 107/116 CrPC has

been forfeited in favour of the State with further direction to

applicant to pay the said amount within one month, failing

which recovery certificate shall be issued for recovery of the

same as arrears of the land revenue.
