The instant petition is filed with the following relief:-

"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the

impugned order dated 10.12.2021 passed by Deputy Inspector General/Senior

Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj (Annexure no.12 to the writ petition) and

its consequential proceedings."

The petitioner is complainant in Case Crime No.738 of 2019 and is aggrieved by

the order dated 10th December, 2021, passed by the third respondent Deputy

Inspector General/Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj, wherein, on the

direction from the superior officials after an inquiry, further investigation in

terms of Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. has been directed. It is noted therein that certain

new facts have surfaced in respect of the crime which requires investigaton.
