Petitioners in the present case has merely prayed for the following reliefs:-

"a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of madamus directing the

respondent no. 4 to consider and decide the application/respresentation of the

petitioners dated 14.02.2019 with regard to the issuance of the Kisan Bahi

(Original) to the petitioners of the Khata No. 323 of Village Aura, Tehsil

Madiyahoon, District Jaunpur and Khata Nos. 55, 73 and 86 of Village

Bhagwanpur, Tehsil Madiyahoon, District Jaunpur within stipulated period as

this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper as (Annexure No.-2) to this Writ

petition.

b, Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the

respondent's authorities to issue the Kisan Bahi (Original) to the petitioners of the

Khata No. 323 of Village
