This petition has been filed praying for direction to the

respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar, District-

Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No.T202103410404177 of

2021 (Samarjeet Singh vs. U.P. Election Commission and

others) under Section 12C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947

within some stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that case is

pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar, District-

Kanpur Nagar since 03.06.2021 and till date the case is not

decided.

The petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent

no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar, District-Kanpur

Nagar to decide the Case No.T202103410404177 of 2021

(Samarjeet Singh vs. U.P. Election Commission and others)

under Section 12C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 within a

period of six months from the date a copy of this order, duly

downloaded from the official website of this court is produced

by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar,

District-Kanpur Nagar provided there is no legal impediment.
