This application has been filed with a prayer for substituting the

heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner no.2/Janki

Prasad, who is said to have died on 25.11.2003.

Let the heirs and legal representatives of deceased-petitioner

no.2/Janki Prasad mentioned in the prayer clause of the

substitution application namely B. D. Singhal (son), Mahesh

Kumar Singhal (son) and Smt. Kusum Lata Agarwal (married

daughter) be substituted as petitioner nos. 2/1, 2/2 and 2/3 in

the petition as mentioned in paragraph 4 of the affidavit.

For the reasons given in the accompanying affidavit, the

substitution application is allowed.
