This is an application for bail on behalf of the applicant

Shivam Kumar in connection with Case Crime No. 0184

of 2021 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and

Section 66-D of the I.T. Act P.S. Govind Nagar, District

Kanpur Nagar.

Heard Mr. Sushil Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel for

the applicant and Mr. S.S. Tiwari, learned A.G.A.

appearing for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that

the applicant has been implicated in the crime on the basis

of a report that a sum of Rs. 1,20,000/- has been debited

from the complainant's Account No. 3059682392 in a

cyber fraud by hacking or some other means by accessing

the complainant's bank account. It is submitted that so far

as the applicant is concerned, there is no direct evidence

against him except his confession. It is also submitted that

the FIR has been lodged with an inordinate delay. It is next
