The petitioner challenges an order dated 7.1.2021 passed

by respondent no. 3, cancelling the lease in favour of petitioner

and forfeiting the security.

1. NOIDA on 30.3.2011 allotted plot no. 42, Block A,

Sector -153, NOIDA, Gautambudh Nagar, admeasuring 100 sq.

mtrs to the petitioner - company for office use on lease for 90

years as per terms and conditions in the allotment letter.

Subsequently on 21.9.2011 a registered lease deed was

executed between the parties and possession handed over to

the petitioner-company on 3.10.2011. It is alleged that the

petitioner adhered to all the scheduled payments but NOIDA

failed to provide any infrastructual facilities and amenities as a
