Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the

State and perused the material available on record.

The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with

a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.660 of 2020,

under Sections 420 I.P.C. and 66D of I.T. Act, Police Station

Beta-2, District Gautam Budh Nagar.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that according to the

FIR version by cloning the ATM card money were withdrawn

and on information of the informer, applicant and co-accused

were arrested and from the possession of co-accused,

Rs.10,000/- and certain articles were recovered which were

alleged to be used for cloning. He next submits that the

recovered amount is not connected with any money withdrawn

by the cloning. He further submits that FIR was lodged under

Sections 420 I.P.C. and 66D of I.T. Act and during investigation

commission of offence u/s 66D of I.T. Act was not found,
