Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for

the State.

This petition has been filed with the grievance that fair

investigation has not been undertaken by the authorities

pursuant to Case Crime No.0058 of 2021, under Sections 323,

504, 354(Kha), 307, 379 IPC, Police Station Mahila Thana,

District Bulandshahar.

Learned A.G.A. points out that such grievance of the petitioner

would be got examined by the second respondent, in

accordance with law.

In the facts of the case we permit the petitioner to approach the

second respondent, who shall call for the records and would

take necessary steps as may be warranted in law, to ensure that

a fair investigation is carried out in the matter, expeditiously.

With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands

disposed off.
