Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the

State and perused the material placed on record.

The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with

a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.74 of 2021,

under Sections 302 IPC, Police Station GRP Aligarh Junction,,

District Aligarh.

It is submitted that on 26.10.2021, a body was found on the

Railway tracks near Hathras Railway Station and an inquest

was conducted the same day and from among the articles

recovered from the body was the Aadhar Card of the deceased,

who had serious head injuries. The inquest report states that it

appears that cause of death was due to fall from the train. The

post mortem was conducted on 26.10.2021 at 04.45 p.m. and

thereafter an accident report was prepared, wherein also the

cause of death was stated to be on account of a fall from a train.
