The present petition has been filed by the original defendants

challenging the order dated 31st January, 2020 passed by the

Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mathura allowing Paper No.

221-Ka in Civil Suit No. 595 of 2012, order dated 13.7.2021

passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mathura rejecting

Paper No. 304-Ga filed by the petitioners for recall of the order

dated 31st January, 2020 as well as the order dated 10th

September, 2021 passed by the District Judge, Mathura

dismissing Civil Revision No. 17 of 2021 filed against the order

dated 31st January, 2020.

The petition arises out of proceedings on an impleadment

application filed by the third parties to be impleaded in Civil

Suit No. 595 of 2012. The petitioners were originally impleaded

as defendants in the aforesaid
