In compliance with the order dated 03.02.2021, The

Principal of Kedarnath Mahila Inter College, Budaun has

appeared before this Court. She has produced the original

Admission Register and also the Scholar Register. No

doubt, in the admission form and the scholar register, the

date of birth of the prosecutrix recorded is 27.10.2004, but

a perusal of the said form shows that it is not free from

doubt. The inherent doubt about the information

mentioned in the form emanates from the fact that the

parents of the prosecutrix were not there when the form

was filled up. She was in the guardianship of her uncle

(father's brother), Vasudev Saxena. Therefore, information

about the precise age of the child cannot be said to be

much dependable. The admission form shows that the

child was admitted to Class-I, who had no earlier record of

education in a preparatory class like Kindergarten, etc. The
