Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This petition has been filed praying for direction to the Principal Judge,

Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Suit No.1330 of 2020 (Mayank

Bharadwaj Vs. Anamika Gautam, under Section 9 Hindu Marriage Act

within a fixed time frame.

In view of the material brought on record and the pleadings, this petition is

disposed of with the direction that the aforesaid suit shall be decided by

court concerned within a period of six months from the date of copy of

this order, duly downloaded from the official website of High Court,

Allahabad, is produced by the petitioner, if there is no legal impediment,

after hearing the parties provided lawyers cooperate with the proceedings.

Parties shall not seek adjournment on the dates fixed. In case prayer for

adjournment is made by either of the parties, the cost of not less than

Rs.2000/- shall be imposed for one adjournment on either of the parties on

each date by the court below.
