Heard Mr. Prakash Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel for the

petitioner, Mr. Pranab Ojha, learned Standing Counsel for the

State-respondent.

This writ petition has been filed interalia for the following

relief:-

"A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari

quashing the impugned show cause notice/order dated

01.03.2019 passed by the District Commandant, Homeguard,

Maharajganj through letter No.199/अ 0 वव0 सथथ0/ हहमगथरर/2019

containing in Annexue No.1 to this writ petition.

B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding to the respondents to decide the

representation/reply to the show cause dated 01.03.2019 given

by the present petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

was appointed as Homeguard in the year 1994 in accordance

with law and relevant posts and he worked on the said post till
