Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State in the Court today is taken on

record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicant, Dharmveer Singh @ Dharmveer Singh Pundhir, with a

prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 812 of 2013, under

Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471, 204, 120B I.P.C., Police Station- Sikandra

Rao, District- Hathras, during pendency of trial.

Learned A.G.A. has submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed

against the applicant. Even otherwise, from the allegations on record,

offences alleged are clearly made out against the applicant.

However, in view of the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case and

on the request of learned counsel for the applicant, it is directed that in

case the applicant appears and surrenders before the court
