The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

23.4.2005 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) (Second),

District Varanasi allowing the amendment application filed by

the plaintiff - respondent as well as the judgment and order

dated 1.12.2006 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court

No.02, District Varanasi dismissing Civil Revision No. 151 of

2015 filed against the order of the trial court.

The plaintiff - respondent instituted original Suit No. 892 of

1998 for a decree of permanent prohibitory injunction

restraining the defendants - petitioners from interfering in the

peaceful possession of the plaintiff over the suit property and

for removing the constructions made by the defendants over the
