Shyam, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The present appeal has been filed by the claimants/appellants

for enhancement of compensation.

3. Challenging the award, learned counsel for the appellants has

contended that the accident had taken place on 29.05.2018 and

at the time of accident the deceased was running a boutique and

it is common knowledge that in the year 2018, the income of a

person running a boutique was not less than Rs.200/- per day
