This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated

31.10.2018 passed by the respondent no. 2 in Case No.

1136/2018 (computerized case no. C201802000001136)

(Rajendra Kumar Vs. Gendkali @ Devkali and others) and

order dated 05.04.2018 passed by the respondent no. 3 in

Appeal No. T-20160203057496 under Section 207 of U.P.

Revenue Code, 2006 (Smt. Gendkali Vs. Chandrika Prasad and

others).

From the record, it transpires that the present writ petition has

been filed challenging the mutation proceedings which had

concluded vide order dated 31.10.2018.

Present writ petition has been filed with delay of 468 days and

nothing has been averred in the writ petition with regard to

delay in fling of writ petition.

When the matter was taken up today, learned Standing Counsel

has raised a preliminary objection that no writ petition lies

against summary proceedings and in the present case mutation
