Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA

appearing on behalf of the State.

Today, Mr. Suneel Kumar Mishra has appeared on behalf of

opposite party no. 4 and filed counter affidavit, the same is

taken on record.

We have perused the earlier order dated 07.03.2018, passed by

another Bench of this Court. It reads as hereinbelow:-

"As per the Office report dated 6.3.2018 notice issued to respondent no. 4

has not been received back after service.

Heard Sri V.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vikas

Sahai, learned A.G.A., who has accepted notice on behalf of the State.

per the medical examination report is a major girl aged about 20 years

but the learned Magistrate without considering the fact that she is major
