"A- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of QUO WARRANTO

against the respondent Ist set that under what authority in law, they have

demolished the Potitioner's residential house, situated in Tal Ramgarh,

Tappa & Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar Distt. Gorakhpur in Khashra plot

no. 529/2 situated in the aforesaid village and/in alternate, this Hon'ble

Court issue a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS calling the respondent Ist

set to so cause why the residential of the petitioner, lying in Khashra plot

no. 529/2 situated in village Tal Ramgarh Tappa & Pargana Haveli Tehsil

Sadar District Gorakhpur.
