Heard Sri Rabindra Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the

applicant, learned AGA for the State through video

conferencing and perused the record.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant

seeking bail in Case Crime No. 0215 of 2016, under Sections

147, 148, 149, 307, 308, 323, 336, 332, 333, 342, 353, 364A,

364, 368, 427, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 Prevention of Damage to

Public Property Act, 1984, Police Station Cantt., District

Varanasi, during pendency of trial.

Learned counsel for the applicant in support of his bail prayer

submits that the applicant is innocent and he has falsely been

implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and he has

committed no offence. It is next contended that the name of the

applicant has been disclosed after eight months of the alleged

occurrence. It is also submitted that the co-accused Vaubhav
