Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the respondent and perused

the record.

With their consent, the instant appeal is disposed of without

calling for the records of the court below as the essential facts

necessary for disposal are already on record.

The appeal is directed against an order dated 7.1.2022 passed

by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court (Second),

Gorakhpur in Matrimonial Case No. 1049 of 2019 whereby

application filed by the respondent-wife under Section 24 of the

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was disposed of. The court below

has awarded a sum of Rs. 25,000/- as interim maintenance to

the respondent-wife during pendency of the petition under

Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the

appellant. Additionally a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been

awarded in lump sum as litigation expenses.
