In view of such facts, application perused with the help of Sri Vikas

Goswami, learned A.G.A. for the State. This Application under Section

482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the entire criminal

proceedings of Criminal Case No. 3056 of 2020 (State Vs. Sachchidanand

and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 30 of 2019, under Sections 498-

A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila

Thana, District Sant Kabir Nagar including the charge sheet dated

04.03.2020 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 16.07.2020

passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Sant

Kabir Nagar.
