Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the

informant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure filed on behalf of the applicant Prem for

enlarging him on bail in connection with Case Crime No.19 of

2021, under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Section 11(4)12 of

the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,

registered at Police Station-Purkazi, District- Muzaffar

Nagar, during the pendency of trial.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant

is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Applicant is aged about 70 years, who is father of the main

accused Deepak. Role of carrying the minor girl on motorcycle

has been assigned to the applicant. According to medical report,

age of the victim is about 17-18 years. Applicant has no
