Petitioner appears to have approach this Court earlier by filing Crl.

Misc. Writ Petition No. 10824 of 2021 which came to be disposed of

on 26.11.2021. The order dated 26.11.2021 is extracted below :-

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the

State respondents.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that

suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for

ensuring fair investigation of case crime no. 114 of 2021, u/s 302, 201

IPC, PS Mursan, District Hathras.

According to petitioner, she lodged a report against private

respondents under the aforesaid Sections, but till date nothing has

been done by the police authorities. An apprehension has been shown

by the petitioner that either the police is protecting the accused or is
