The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on

behalf of the applicants, Masroor and Mansoor in Case Crime

No. 506 of 2021, under sections 452, 307, 323, 504, 506, 354B,

354 I.P.C. and section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Right

on Marriage) Act, 2019, P.S. Kandhala, district-Shamli.

Learned counsel for the applicants contended that the applicants

are the father-in-law and maternal uncle-in-law of the daughter

of the complainant, who are aged about 55 and 57 years

respectively. He next submits that the applicants are the

residents of Ghaziabad and the incident is said to have taken

place in district-Shamli. They are absolutely innocent and have

been falsely implicated in the present case with the ulterior
