Heard Shri Dileep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned A.G.A. Perused the record.

This is habeas corpus petition on behalf of Annamma V.C., aged

about 67 years, grant-mother of Pranika d/o late Ajit Jai

Prakash.

Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that Smt.

Neha Yadav (petitioner No.1) got married with Ajit Jai Prakash

and this couple was blessed with a young daughter Pranika,

who is aged about 4 years. It is further submitted that

unfortunately, Ajit Jai Prakash died in an accident and thereafter

Smt. Neha Yadav had left the matrimonial home along with her

minor daughter Pranika, leaving behind her mother-in-law

Annamma V.C. alone and started living in her parental home.

The petitioner no.3 Annamma V.C. is grand-mother of Pranika

and the only prayer sought is that respondent no.4 and 5 may be

directed to provide a visiting right to grand-mother to meet her

grand-daughter Pran
