Sri Kaushal Kishore Mani, learned counsel for the applicants

and Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State are present.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that in the matter some

person are injured from the side of the applicants and 01 person

has died and there are some persons injured from the

prosecution side.

On a specific query to learned counsel for the applicants as to

how many persons are injured from the side of the prosecution,

he states that 08 persons are injured and one person has died but

paragraph 7 of the affidavit states 14 persons have been injured

from the applicants' side. The situation is really fluid. There is

no clarity regarding the number of injured persons from both

the sides.

In these circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application

is rejected.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that he may be granted

liberty to file a better application with clear and correct recitals.

He may do so, if he chooses so.

Registry is directed to return certified copy of FIR to learned

counsel for the applicants as per rules.
