This is an application for bail on behalf of the applicant,

Manuraj Tiwari, in connection with Case Crime No. 23 of

2021 under Sections 395-A IPC, P.S. Kotwali Jalaun,

District Jalaun.

It is made out on behalf of the applicant that he has been

involved in the instant crime by hacking his Facebook

Identity Account, misutilizing his mobile number. It is

made out that he never posted the offending post, which is

directed against a particular community. It is also made out

that the offence charged under Section 66 of the

Information Technology Act has not been found

established during investigation. It is in substance said that

the applicant has nothing to do with offending post and he

himself is a victim of hacking, and, is now being made a

victim of the law. The applicant has explained his criminal

history in paragraph nos. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the
