This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the

applicant with prayer to quash the impugned order dated

21.10.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, First,

Ghazipur in S.T. No. 66 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No.

251 of 2013 (State Vs. Dinanath Yadav and others) under

Sections 147, 148, 307, 308, 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC, Police

Station Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur.

Sri Nagendra Srivastava, learned A.G.A. submits that there are

grievous injuries on the body of complainant party even

fracture has been reported, therefore Section 308 IPC has been

added. He submits that as per the narration of the FIR, there

was use of fire-arm by one of the accused Dinanath Yadav.

He further submits that there are specific allegations of cruelty
