with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 03.03.2022

passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court

No.2, Kanpur Nagar in Case No.419 of 2019 (Neha vs.

Shivbaran @ Shiv Kushwaha @ Matole) CNR

No.UPKN020014822019, under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

On 29.07.2022, the following order was passed:-

"Earlier the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. No.6453 of 2021 was filed, in

which, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 12.03.2021

while giving the protection to the applicant passed the following order:-
