Procedure (hereinafter referred to as, ‘C.P.C.’) has been filed

against the order dated 24.2.2021 passed by the Additional

District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 9, Agra dismissing Misc. Case

No. 1730 of 2017 registered on an application filed by the

revisionist under Section 47 read with Section 151 C.P.C.
