Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Petitioner has approached this court praying for

quashing the impugned order dated 26.3.2022

passed by the respondent no.3, Deputy Director of

Education, VIIth Region, District Gorakhpur which

he has been denied the old pension on the ground

that petitioner has not deposited the managerial

contribution along with interest

as per

Government Order dated 28.1.2004.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

that aforesaid Government Order has already been

quashed in the cases of Mangali Prasad Varma

Vs. State of U.P. and others in Writ-A No.

17819 of 2007 and Special Appeal (D) No.228

of 2016 , State of U.P. & others vs. Sri

Krishna Prasad Yadav and others dated

24.5.2017 and Special Appeal (D) No. 678 of
