Pandey for the respondent-bank; and have perused the record.

The petitioners have questioned the measures taken under

Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of

Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002

(for short 'SARFAESI Act') and have prayed for the facility of

deposit of the loan amount in easy installments.

To test the bonafides of the petitioners, the Court, by its order

dated 28.08.2021, had required the petitioners to deposit a sum

of Rs.8,69,929/- against the demanded amount of

Rs.38,69,929/-.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed today disclosing that

Rs.8,69,989/- has been deposited by the petitioners pursuant to

the order dated 28.08.2021, which fact is not disputed by Ms.

Sudha Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent-bank.
