Heard Mr. Jai Prakash Prasad, learned Counsel for the

Revisionist.

This Revision is directed against an order passed by Mr.

Deepak Kumar Mishra, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division),

Aligarh, allowing an application for impleadment under Order I

Rule 10 CPC made on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to this

Revision. The aforesaid respondents who are arrayed as

respondents third set, have been directed to be impleaded as

party defendant to the suit by the learned Trial Judge.

A suit for permanent injunction being Original Suit No.633 of

2020, was filed by the plaintiff-revisionist against defendant

Nos.1, 2 and 3, seeking to restrain defendant Nos.1, 2 and 3, the

defendant-first set, their agents, servants and associates from

interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and user of

the suit property in any manner and further seeking to restrain

the said defendants from dispossessing the plaintiff, otherwise
