Heard Shri Jitendra Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the

applicants and Shri Sushil Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the

informant/ complainant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State

and perused the record.

The present application has been moved by the accused-

applicants- Sangeeta Verma, Radha Devi and Manoj in Case

Crime No. 277 of 2019, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC,

Police Station Kydganj, District Prayagraj, with the prayer to

grant him anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Learned counsel for the applicant while pressing the

anticipatory bail application submits that the applicant has been

falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any

offence as claimed by the prosecution.

It is further submitted that the applicant no.1, namely, Sangeeta

Verma is the daughter-in-law of the informant/ injured while

applicant no.2, namely,
