Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and

perused the record.

The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicant-Vipul Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in

Case Crime No. 258 of 2021 under Sections 420, 506 IPC and

66D IT Act, Police Station-Sipri Bazar, District Jahnsi during

pendency of trial.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the

applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the

present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not

named in the FIR. His name surfaced for the first time on the

basis of the confessional statement of co-acccused, Javed Khan

@ Mohd. Javed Khan. He further submitted that co-acccused,

Javed Khan @ Mohd. Javed Khan and Raj Gaurav have already

been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated

16.11.2021 and 13.12.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail

Application Nos.36177 of 2021 and 46336 of 2021 respectiv
