1. Heard Sri Anurag Vajpeyi, learned counsel for the applicant-

Nirmala Devi, Sri Bairister Singh, learned counsel for the informant

and Sri Vinod Kant, learned Additional Advocate General assited by

2. Applicant is aggrieved by order dated 15.03.2021 passed in

Anticipatory Bail Application No.927 of 2021 by learned Special

Judge (POCSO Act), Varanasi on the ground that applicant is a

bonofide purchaser of the land contained in Arazi No.906/2

measuring 0.139 hectares and this land was purchased from one

Prem Narain by registered sale deed dated 25.06.2018, and the

allegation on the applicant is that she fraudulently changed the

boundaries of the property and purchased property in excess of the

share of Prem Narain.
