Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

Perused the record.

By means of the present matter under Article 227 of the Constitution of

India, the petitioner is seeking direction to the court below to decide the

Execution Case No. 15 of 2018 (Smt. Gayatri Vs. Rajesh Kumar Gupta),

under Section 128 Cr.P.C. pending before Additional Family Court, Court

No. 4, Allahabad.

It is contended by the counsel that proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

were initiated way back in the year 2008, which was eventually decided in

the year 2018 and the lady is not getting a single penny from her husband

way way of interim maintenance.

However, the concerned court is directed to decide the execution case no.

15 of 2018 under Section 128 Cr.P.C. latest by 30.06.2022 from the date of

production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary

adjournment to either of the parties.
