Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the

State and perused the record.

This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant

Anees in Case Crime No. 48 of 2021, under sections 420, 409

I.P.C., P.S.- Aliganj, District -Etah.

Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the

F.I.R has been lodged after the delay of almost 10 years and the

version in the F.I.R. is that the gram pradhan by signature

issued a cheque in favour of the applicant which was cashed by

him. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

applicant that for constructing the boundarywall, the said

money was withdrawn and it was given to the applicant and he

constructed the boundary wall. It has been further submitted

that the gram pradhan has already been granted anticipatory bail

by a coordinate Bench of this Court, therefore, it is a fit case for

anticipatory bail. It is
