respondents.

Present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated

8.4.2022 passed by the respondent nos. 2 to 4. Further prayer

has been made for staying the order dated 8.4.2022.

We find that the order passed by the District Level Committee

(Jaati Praman Patra Satyapan Samiti) is appealable as per

Clause 5 of the Government Order dated 28.2.2011 before the

Committee headed by Regional Commissioner.

In such view of the matter, present petition stands disposed of

with liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid remedy

pursuant to the Government Order dated 28.2.2011.
