Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for

the State and perused the record.

The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for

quashing of the orders dated 13.3.2020 as well as order dated

5.2.2021 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge/Special Judge

POCSO Act, Court No.2, Muzaffarnagar, in S.T. No. 1191 of

2019 (State vs. Jahur and others), arising out of case crime No.

779 of 2014, u/s 376D, 506 I.P.C., P.S. New Mandi, District

Muzaffarnagar.

Learned counsel for the applicants are innocent persons and

have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive

with malafide intention to harass the applicants. No offence u/s

376 and 506 IPC is made out against the applicants. The

statements of the informant as well as victim are contradictory
