This review application was kept for clarification and we are
thankful to Sri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned Advocate who has
brought in our notice that there was an error apparent on the
face of record. In paragraph 10 of the judgment dated 5.3.2022
passed in FAFO No.1555 of 2014 which will stand reviewed.
As far as calculations are concerned, learned counsel has
conveyed to the Court that he has no grievance about the same.
This Court has fallen in error in not granting the difference of
the amount not granted by the Tribunal on the ground that the
claimants had claimed only Rs.40,00,000/- in their claim
petition and, therefore, the Tribunal could not award more than
what is claimed this finding of Tribunal was itself fallacious
and against the mandate of Apex Court. The Apex Court way
back in the year 2003 in the case of Naga
