Heard Sri Rama Shankar Mishra, learned counsel for the

applicant and Sri Rishi Chaddha, learned A.G.A. for the State.

Prayer has been made by learned counsel for the applicant in

this case that order dated 28.11.2016 passed by Additional

Sessions Judge, Court No. 11 in Revision No. 70 of 2015 under

Sections 145/146 Cr.P.C. as well as entire proceedings in Case

No. 13/14 of 2014 under Section 145 Cr.P.C. as well as

proceeding under Section 146 (1) Cr.P.C. be quashed.

In the impugned order dated 28.11.2016, Additional Sessions

Judge, Court No. 11 of District, Meerut has recorded that

learned Magistrate attaching the property in question vide order

dated 16.12.2014 has passed the said order against the law and

facts, beyond his jurisdiction and it was also argued before the
