This revision has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated

08.03.2021 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah in

Misc. Application NO.1162 of 2020, whereby an application

moved on behalf of present revisionist- Ramveer Singh, under

Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

Sri Gambhir Singh, learned AGA submits that case of the

revisionist is that he alleged that he is resident of Sumaru,

Police Station Aliganj, District Etah. In his absence, Pradhan of

the village was forcefully getting the rural road laid down in the

land of his possession bearing Gat
