A.G.A. for the State and perused the material

available on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been filed by applicants for quashing the

entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 02 of 2021,

arising out of Case Crime No. 193 of 2020, under

Section 306 I.P.C., Police Station Dauki, District

Agra as well as charge sheet dated 07.02.2021

along with cognizance order dated 23.03.2021.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that

the applicants are innocent and have been falsely

implicated in the present case. They have

committed no offence. He further submitted that

the marriage of applicant no. 1 with daughter of

opposite party no. 2 was fixed but after sometime,

a dispute arose between the parties and marriage

was cancelled due to which daughter of opposite

party no. 2 got depressed and committed suicide
