The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with

the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 413 of

2021, under Sections 379, 411, 427 I.P.C., Section 15 and 16 of

the The Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right

of User Inland) Act, 1962, Section 3/4 of Explosive Substances

Act, 1908, Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public

Property Act, 1984, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 3/7 of Essential

Commodities Act and Section 4(a) of Explosive Substance Act,

P.S. Sarsawa, District Saharanpur.

The aforesaid F.I.R. had been lodged on 01-12-2021 by the

Manager Operation of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited

against unknown persons alleging that in the night of 18-11-

2021 at
