1. Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned Additional

Government Advocate appearing on behalf of State and perused

the record.

2. This first bail application has been filed with regard to Case

Crime No. 37 of 2022 under Sections 363, 366, 376,504,506

IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual

Offences Act), P.S. Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar.

3. As per contents of FIR, the applicant allegedly enticed away

the minor daughter of informant who had also taken away

certain valuables.

4. Learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant has

been falsely implicated in the charges levelled against him only

account of previous affair with the informant's daughter. It is

submitted that in the statement of alleged victim recorded under

sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C., there is no allegation of any

forceful abduction by the applicant of the victim who in fact

clearly states that she has gone aw
