Heard learned for the parties, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the

material available on record of this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition.

This petition has been filed to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of

mandamus directing the respondent nos.4 and 5 to produce the corpus,

namely, Anupam Kumari (petitioner no.1) before this Court.

On the matter being taken up today, in compliance of the previous order

passed by this Court dated 11.7.2022, Anupam Kumari (detnue), petitioner

no. 1 has been produced before this Court by Constable- Ms. Shivangi

Sharma, S.I. Sri Narendra Kumar. Respondent no.4 Anju Devi, mother of

the petitioner no.1 is also present before this Court and she has been

identified by Sri R.B. Chaudhary, learned counsel for the respondents.

When the Court interacted with the Anupam Kumari (detnue), petitioner

no. 1, she claims that she on her own free- will got wedded with applicant
