1. Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for

revisionist/petitioner, Sri Nagendra Srivastava, learned AGA for

the State and Sri Dinesh Mishra, learned counsel for opposite

party no. 2.

2. This Criminal Revision has been filed by the

revisionist/petitioner being aggrieved of order dated 08.04.2021

passed by learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Kaushambi in

Criminal Appeal No. 14 of 2021 and Judgment and Order dated

16.03.2021 passed by the Principal Judge, Juvenile Justice

Board, Kaushambi in Bail Application No. 07 of 2021, in

pursuance of Case Crime No. 401 of 2020 under Sections 302,

201, 404 IPC, Police Station-Sarai Akil, District-Kaushambi.

3. Sri Sushil Kumar Dwivedi submits that FIR in Case Crime

No. 401 of 2020 was registered at Police Station-Sarai Akil,

District-Kaushambi under Sections 302, 201 IPC against

unknown person on account of murder of son of the

complainant namely, Mohd.
